How it works
Pick your anchors (actions). Together we choose 2–3 doable habits (e.g., wake time within ±30 min, 10-min walk after dinner, 2 strength sessions/week).
Show up for 21 days. Complete ≥80% of the agreed actions for 21 consecutive days.
Re-check how you feel/function. If you don’t improve ≥10% in two client-chosen indicators, you pick your make-good: refund or two free weeks.
What “10% better” means (plain English)
We use simple 0-10 self-ratings you control:
Energy: 4 → 5 (that’s +10%)
Sleep quality: 6 → 7 (+10%)
Morning stiffness: 6 → 5 (−10% = improvement)
Daily task effort (RPE): stairs feel 7 → 6 (−10% = improvement)
If two of your chosen indicators don’t move by at least 10%, you’re covered.
What counts as “80%”
You’ll check off your daily/weekly actions in the app.
80% means you completed at least 17 out of 21 daily checkmarks (or the equivalent for weekly habits).
We keep the math transparent.
How to claim (zero hassle)
Send “Action-Back” to [your email/text] within 3 days of finishing your 21-day window.
We’ll verify your logs and issue your refund or start your two free weeks no hoops, no hard feelings.
